Can I change my MX record to use another email service?
Yes, we can change your MX (mail exchange) records if you like.
There is a one-time-only 15.00 charge for this service, and there are some things you should be aware of:
Once this change is made, you will not have the ability to use any email features through us.
This means you will not have the ability to use your control panel to forward any emails, setup any autoresponders, mailling lists, or pop accounts.
All of your email needs will have to be met by the company that will control your MX records once the change is made, as we will no longer have any ability to control those functions for you.
If all of this is acceptable to you, and you want to make the change, please contact our billing department with the info as to where you want the MX records to point, and please don't forget to mention that you authorize the 15.00 charge.
