How to password protect a directory
To password protect a website directory:

Login to your control panel, and then click on "Site Manager" in the menu on your left.

Create the directory you want to protect (or if it already exists, skip to the next step)

Select the folder you want to protect and click the "protect" button.

Enter a username and password combination you want to be used to enter the directory. You can create several different username/password combinations for the same directory if you wish.

Click the "Add User" button to complete the setup.
